This was an excellent choice for us. The deal was made and yes ,it does take time to do the paperwork. I expected that. Lou Germano got us a better bank rate than I could. He also explained the extra warranty we could get and we did (well worth it ). The team all shows customer service and it shows. Very satisfied again! More

I got the best price I could find anywhere fit the car I bought. A word of caution, though. BRING YOUR OWN FINANCING! they offered to find the best rate available for me and my Bank was included in the bank bought. A word of caution, though. I came to the dealership with 2 vehicles in mind and Chris Smith, who I purchased a vehicle from previously, showed me both vehicles. Chris was great and I made my decision. I was also only given KBB for my trade even though they were advertising high trade -in values. Overall, I like the vehicle and am hoping there are no issues down the line. More

Just ok sales. Pretty responsive unless they almost have or have your sale. Then its lucky to get a call until late in the day. You try and get an answer by calling, but good luck talking to whoever should answer. Put on hold, hung up on 2 times in a row at one point. Took me 4 - 5 calls to get a simple answer to a question to pay when I take delivery. The worst was when we went to take delivery. We were told by the verification text the day before that we could change our appointment to 2 hours earlier. Verified it for us. Said "no problem". We arrived on time, but were told sorry, the right person never knew you moved it. Come back in two hours. Wasted our time for a half day because they are not organized. More
