Very unprofessional when I spoke to manager, worst deal ship ever been to will never ever go back to that deal ship. They lie, my car only has 14000 miles on it so still under warranty but they also wanted to charge me for the extended warranty deductible had to point that out. They don’t do their job with customer in mind just how much money they can put in there pocket. They certainly give Ford a bad name… More

Gervais Ford was honorable in the entire process of buying a new truck. Bought a Maverick. Due to high demand and low availability some dealers have been driving new Mavericks for a short time and th buying a new truck. Bought a Maverick. I have used this dealership for 4 years and until last visit was very pleased. A rookie mistake happened to me and scared me to death. I had a routine oilchange and a recall done. When I left realized I visit was very pleased. A rookie mistake happened to me and scared me to death. I had a routine oilchange and a recall done. When I left realized I had no breaks. Called Lou who sent a technician to my house. Seems that a hose was disconnected to complete the recall and not reconnected thus no breaks. I live close and made it home but the outcome could have much different 😕. So I quess not happy about last visit. More

I've used the QuikLane service frequently, and always had a good experience. Courteous and quick - great service. Received email 01/30/2023 stating the 2023 Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid has arrived. went to dealership on 01/31/2023 to see Maverick and to go over financials. After several hours I received the keys and off I went. I originally ordered on 11/12/2021. It got rolled over to a 2023 on 09/16/2022. I have ordered previously from Gervais, and I can say that they have always been straight forward, no games. So, if you need a Ford got to Gervais Ford.
