While any salesperson would know the bullet points for the vehicles they're selling, Lou is an enthusiastic "car guy" who can answer the more detailed questions when you are looking at three vehicles and you don't know which to choose. When it comes time to trade in and re-lease, it's ALWAYS a pleasure to see Lou. We are never rushed, he always has something nice to say and little ones - human or furry -- are welcome. If that's not enough for you, he's funny! Never a hard sell, never pushy, never impatient. Poor Lou, I ask a lot of questions before I make a three-year commitment. He answers all questions and he's never steered us wrong. Lou, please don't retire before we stop driving. I won't know who to turn to. Thank you for being that rare thing - a really good guy.
