I had a car to sell. I had never sold a car to a dealership but I knew that large dealerships have a reputation of giving low, unfair prices on used cars to individual se I had never sold a car to a dealership but I knew that large dealerships have a reputation of giving low, unfair prices on used cars to individual sellers. Five years ago, my uncle wanted to sell his truck and he took it all over the area to dealerships. He said Handy gave him the best price offer. So, when it came time for me to sell my car, I remembered his experience and I went to Handy first. The price they offered me was low but not unfair. It was less than I would get selling it to an individual person, but it was a fair offer and they wanted to negotiate (which told me they would go up in their offer). Then I spent the day going to other dealerships. Not only was Handy's price offer better than their competition, the way I was treated from the moment I walked in was more professional than any other dealership. The sales guy took all my information (license, phone, email, car details) and put the information into Handy's computer. Then two people looked at the car and drove it, kicked the tires, looked under the hood, etc. All of the dealerships kicked the tires, put the car under scrutiny and drove it but only one took all my information (email, phone, license, etc.), which enabled them to follow up with me at the end of the day and the next day as I was making my decision. Handy's is a serious, professional business... with serious, professional staff. Doing business with them was a good experience and I would recommend them to anyone. More

The car was in excellent condition, Kevin and the team gave me a fair deal on my trade, made the process easy, made sure I was happy in every way. Dennis (finance manager) patiently talked me through my options and made sure I understood all the details, because he wanted me to be comfortable with the purchase. Several days later and still completely satisfied. It was like stepping back in time to a dealership where customer satisfaction and reputation still really matters to them. Such a refreshing experience- I would recommend a visit to anyone looking for a great deal on a nice vehicle. You'll actually have fun! More
