The service center is awful. Even with an appointment, I've had to sit for hours on end just for an oil change. There are not enough techs for the amount of appointments booked Even with an appointment, I've had to sit for hours on end just for an oil change. There are not enough techs for the amount of appointments booked. Also, the waiting area is uncomfortable and poorly maintained. There is a disconnect between the agents and the techs and a lack of communication. There is no respect for the customer's time when appointments are merely suggestions, and even an oil change can take 4 to 5 hours to complete. After my latest service with me car sitting there for 4 days, the work was completed, but the next day, the Check Engine light came on again. Jim Ellis deals with higher end vehicles and the service department should reflect that. Instead, I feel I could get more consistent and efficient service from Jiffy Lube. More

I dropped off my car at 9:30 one morning and didn’t get it back until 12:30 the next afternoon. Very slow, very few updates on what was happening.
