Our Service Agent, Mike Lange, is perfect in his position. Also, we have dealt with Liz Rincon who is just as wonderful as Mike. So VERY pleased we have our new Mercedes Dealership in The Woodlands! Above and beyond my expectations. I drove different types of vehicles before and also had leased an ML350. When my leaswas up and ready for replacement I did not get the help I needed I drove different types of vehicles before and also had leased an ML350. When my leaswas up and ready for replacement I did not get the help I needed. I went back and forth for 3 consecutive days and I for frustrated so I went to the next door dealership and for us a Truck. Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands changed that experience into an unforgettable wonderful experience. They were very helpful and attentive. They listened and tried their very best to provide me the best service I could ever get. They made me feel like a million dollar customer even though I am just an ordinary individual that trying to get a vehicle. That makes a lot of difference and I will highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands to everyone. More

Excellent Vechicle Purchase When we walked in, Erich Beasley, met us and was very friendly, professional, and helpful. There were no pushy sales tactics. The appraisal process was very easy. The Service Dept. has been very helpful. When we drive in, they call us by name and take care of whatever needs doing, while we wait with complimentary drinks (soda, coffee, or water). Amy Rothenberger has followed up, to make sure all our needs have been met. Email & phone call Location: easy accessibility (on & off I-45) Need for Improvement - Take more time telling about the operation, of the purchased vehicle. More

Liz Rincon had serviced cars for me previously at other locati It is nice to have a new and conveniently located Mercedes dealership in The Woodlands. Liz Rincon had serviced cars for me previously at other locations. I was pleased to find her at the new location where she handled the service on one of my cars in her usual professional and friendly way. Shortly after the service call, I returned and purchased a car from Nelson Sioson. He too, was very helpful and exhibited a truly professional manner throughout the entire process. There was none of the high pressure tactics sometimes seen when purchasing a car, and I shall continue to return to this Mercedes dealership in the future. I can highly recommend everyone that I met there. More

Nicole was truly interested and listened as I described the car I was looking to purchase my Wife. We picked out a couple and I took one home that night. We came back the next day and finalized all the paperwork. When we came to pick-up the vehicle, the entire MBOTW team welcomed my wife and I into the MB family. The experience was so great, I decided to purchase myself a GLK. Cannot say enough about the sales and service team. Stopped by today for a car wash and a massage. Holy Cow Batman, that is service.
