We are very pleased with the service at Mercedes Woodlands. There were a couple of hiccups with setting up the appointment with new staff but the shop was able to get us in and out of there in the t Woodlands. The waiting area is classy & comfortable, and the people there are very friendly and helpful. It's really hard to us to take our cars in anywhere else. Very much recommend this location. More

Though my car, not a Mercedes, your team afforded me the same courtesy as a Mercedes owner including a free loaner car; a Mercedes, while you were servicing mine. My car was in for general maintenance and a safety check. Amongst other general services needed to my car, I also needed 4 new tires and of course, a 4 wheel alignment. While reviewing your estimate, I checked your tire pricing against other local discount tire centers and found your pricing competitively comparable. This was surprising due to the fact that you are a High Line Mercedes Dealership in the heart of The Woodlands.
