I bought the truck because of Max Wibberman. He was very kind and honest when I asked him a hundred questions. I will refer Max as often as I can, he was incredible at his job. The finance department (Chris) was very harsh and off putting at first. When I told him I couldn’t afford the payments he proposed he told me the dealer was ready to walk away from the deal. I don’t appreciate threats when trying to negotiate a new vehicle. I have purchased 10 Chevy trucks and have never had that happen before. He was much nicer after I said I would buy the truck and informed him my company was needing to buy more. Lisa in operations was so helpful and nice, I felt so comfortable talking with her and setting up my vehicle. She’s a great hire. Overall, you gained my business because of Max.
