Professional In Every Way We just purchased another RX 350 with the assistance of Grant Gaugler, who could not have been more understanding and professional in helping us get We just purchased another RX 350 with the assistance of Grant Gaugler, who could not have been more understanding and professional in helping us get the vehicle we wanted. We wanted a RED RX 350 with the Luxury package, which would include all the safety features that we wanted. Since only about 5% RX 350's come in RED and a very small number come with the Luxury package, we new that we would have to order this to our specifications. Grant found a vehicle within our specifications within a 500 mile radius but that dealer wanted the car for his dealership to market. So, we ordered our RX for production in May-June. A few days later, the other dealer wanted a vehicle from Wilde and was willing to trade. So, we got our beautiful RED RX 350 within the next few days and couldn't be more pleased with its looks and performance. Thanks to Grant's efforts, we didn't have to wait 4 months. Since this car is way smarter than I am with its 18 computers, both Grant and the tech specialist (Scott Franzinger) tried their best to explain all the technology and install what was needed for us. I have to admit that we did not retain all the info, but Scott was very patient and understanding and made sure that we could either call or schedule another session for additional help. Both of these gentlemen were great and patient with "older" clientele. Great people to work with. More

Lisa Rubendunst has been my service consultant since my start. She is an outstanding representative for the Wilde family. Not only does she know her job well, but she is a good listener and takes the time to answer my questions - and on top of that she is always cheerful. I love that there are both indoor and outdoor waiting areas. The customer kitchen is clean and well stocked with snacks and beverages. It is a wonderful atmosphere. More

I don't want to be "closed"; I want the timing to be a function my "buying criteria", my financial commitment, and my family considerations. David Simmons was JUST THAT GUY, just perfect for us!! When I seek information about a vehicle in which I am interested, I want to better understand both the advantages and the concerns that my selection my cause. Deliberately spending time in Service with both Lisa Rubendunst and Jay Losey provided the support and confirmation that I was headed in the right direction, and they also provided additional insights that caused me to ultimately be a better judge. Then, Peter Namerow put on a "HERE'S HOW" clinic! With all of the patience required, he systematically explained each of the features so that his explanation built into a story that confirmed we had chosen THE EXACT car for my wife! You have to love the confidence that emanates from his delivery! Still, we had to pay, and paying for the car meant having to consider additional features and services that would enhance our decisions. If there is anyone better than Frank Justin, I just will not believe it. Frank helped us choose the RIGHT service options by understanding our buying criteria and inserting our strong sense of family future in choosing those options. What a team! I will definitely leverage their many talents again! More
