This was the 4th Certified used Lexus I've purchased from Wilde Lexus in four years. Each time I made my purchase with Greg Dowdy. I've always found him to be very friendly, very knowledgeable and very helpf Wilde Lexus in four years. Each time I made my purchase with Greg Dowdy. I've always found him to be very friendly, very knowledgeable and very helpful in assisting me in selecting and purchasing a vehicle to serve my needs. He always promptly returns my phone calls and usually has a list of cars for me to look at that fit the criteria I've given him. Chuck Johnson and Kenny Turner have also been a pleasure to work with as well. Lisa is my Service Rep and she's always been great and gone out of her way to be helpful. She always has a welcoming smile. In my opinion Wilde Lexus is a world class operation and I really can't find anything in my experience with them that I could say needs improvement. My advise to Wilde Lexus would be "Keep On Keeping ON" Thanks! More

Greg Dowdy was kind- knowledgeable - patient when choosing my new used car/ 2nd time dealing with him - bought used RX 350 2 1/2 yrs ago - unfortunately water leak from sunroof totaled so needed new choosing my new used car/ 2nd time dealing with him - bought used RX 350 2 1/2 yrs ago - unfortunately water leak from sunroof totaled so needed new used ASAP - options given - no pressure - best deal possible / service dept excellent also - make me feel very welcomed and do everything possible to help - especially with this experience - Lisa directed what needed to be done for insurance- service explained in detail cause of loss due to water damage - service techs helped get everything out of my car - wonderful team! Shaun was great. Wilde Lexus ehhh. I have had issues in the past, a lug nut not being secured (and being able to hand crank it on myself) after an alignment, to taking my 2013 ct200 in to be checked and be the past, a lug nut not being secured (and being able to hand crank it on myself) after an alignment, to taking my 2013 ct200 in to be checked and being told the engine has randomly blown and I need to buy a vehicle from them now, to when my tow truck driver arrives and is told by Lexus that they don’t have my car and my car hasn’t been seen by them since 2019.(they found it after I called them extremely concerned!). I will not be back. If someone needs to buy a Lexus I would highly recommend Shaun Mathis though. More
