I went into Lexus on very short notice with a tire that was losing air. The staff responded to my issue quickly and efficiently - as it turned out my flat could not be repaired but the tire was replaced b was losing air. The staff responded to my issue quickly and efficiently - as it turned out my flat could not be repaired but the tire was replaced by Lexus at no charge since I had purchased it there 1-1/2 years prior. My wife and I have purchased six Lexus over the last 20 years. The first 4 we purchased in Tampa where we were living at the time. The dealership in Tampa was excellent. We moved to Sarasota 7 years ago and became customers of Lexus of Sarasota. We since have purchased 2 vehicles from Sarasota and there is no question that Lexus of Sarasota is superior when compared to Tampa. Sales and service teams are fantastic. More

After my 1st service I had 2 issues due to the technician not returning my car settings back to where I had them. They turned off my windshield wipers off and it began to rain on my way home which resulted i not returning my car settings back to where I had them. They turned off my windshield wipers off and it began to rain on my way home which resulted in returning back to the dealership. They rotated my tires and I assumed they checked the air pressure. Two are at 35 and two are at 37. Shouldn’t they all be the same? Very disappointed. More
