There was a disappointing which one and the service writer failed to contact me by text on my cell phone that my car could not be serviced because of a problem with the wheels. I wasted two hours becau writer failed to contact me by text on my cell phone that my car could not be serviced because of a problem with the wheels. I wasted two hours because I wasn’t notified in a timely fashion. I was not at the body shop dealing with an unrelated issue. , dealing with an unrelated issue. When customers are not in the lobby, they can be easily called on the cell phone or send a text message requesting if they come to the service writer’s office. More
