Service area changes have made me feel very uncomfortable. Employees seem to feel on edge, stressed, and not appreciated now. This is a huge negative contrast to the way Stingray was running ba uncomfortable. Employees seem to feel on edge, stressed, and not appreciated now. This is a huge negative contrast to the way Stingray was running back in 2016 when I bought my car, and my father has purchased several vehicles. I have personally experienced terrible attitudes from what I was told is "upper management" in Sales, finance, and service. And any attempt to get to even speak to the owner, is totally BLOCKED! It definitely makes customers feel like we are only dollar signs, and not respected or appreciated. More
