Left my jeep to have transfer case shift issue fixed. Was called next afternoon , told it was ready. Picked it up that evening, Lisa was not there, nor was the service tech she left in charge of my case. Was called next afternoon , told it was ready. Picked it up that evening, Lisa was not there, nor was the service tech she left in charge of my case. A third agent had my service folder, came with me to my jeep. I attempted to shift the transfer case in his presence, couldn't budge it (same problem I brought it in to fix), had him try. No luck. He called over anther service tech who used to sell jeeps to try. Understand that he is probably half my age and weighs about 100# more than me. He does get it to shift using considerable force, much more than I would or could have used. Then said that it just needs to be shifted frequently to 'loosen up'. At that point, it was apparent that they thought the issue was resolved. I took the vehicle and left. More

Dog hair all behind the seat and above each visor somehow dog hair all up on the visor as well the console on the sides all had Brown looked like mud all over it.. my work van in service took Lisa 3 days to dog hair all up on the visor as well the console on the sides all had Brown looked like mud all over it.. my work van in service took Lisa 3 days to get back to me did not fix my work van and I lost six vacation days for no reason at all except for poor service ..mud flaps on new truckmissing rivets flopping around in the wind loud!!!!!!!! Don't think I'll be doing business with Cape Coral dogs anymore I am a repeat customer should not have such poor service. More

Kept Jeep one week for oxygen sensor replacements as check engine light on. Parts didn’t come in timely. Also fixed switch on driver window. Paid almost $1,900. I don’t drive far and 2 days after got ca check engine light on. Parts didn’t come in timely. Also fixed switch on driver window. Paid almost $1,900. I don’t drive far and 2 days after got car back at 36,944 miles check engine light came back on. So disgusted haven’t even notified dealership yet as not paying any more $ More
