It’s worth the drive to Cape Coral Dodge. I live in Punta Gorda and was told to try driving to that dealership since the one in Punta Gorda, FL was not fixing my Dodge Grand Caravan correctl I live in Punta Gorda and was told to try driving to that dealership since the one in Punta Gorda, FL was not fixing my Dodge Grand Caravan correctly. They put 3 of the 4 transmissions in my car under Mopar lifetime warranty. Cape Coral worked with Mopar warranty and now I will continue to make the 28 mile trip to get service. Thanks to Lisa I found help. More

I had two fuel filters change and it cost 495. 00 dollars Seems high . The parts are also outrageous. Also not happy with the oil that put in my brand new new truck. Did you people a favor by buying a truck off the lot (leftover). Truck is great and they are taking care of the warranty work free of charge! I hope someone actually read this because I am not sure if the dealership is the best way to go anymore. My last dodge is still in my driveway and is 20 years old , 377,00 miles ! More

The automated telephone system is a mess! It's very frustrating and difficult to get connected to the proper person or you end up in a loop without connecting to no one! Lisa had given me her personal number for calls and texts once she got involved - She always responds and follows up - However our problem still exists with the vehicle throwing a service (wrench) code on a fairly regular basis, even after the latest software download a few weeks ago. The interesting thing is that the service code resets itself after turning the vehicle off-on again. * This condition occurs every 3-5 days at random * More
