Disappointed. Car was there for 2 full days. Several items I asked to be looked at by mechanic weren't looked at. Mechanic was unable to experience driving Car was there for 2 full days. Several items I asked to be looked at by mechanic weren't looked at. Mechanic was unable to experience driving noises, vibrations, yet I still feel and hear them every day...wondering if car was test driven at all. Were recommended corrections just guesses? Mechanic pointed out several needed corrections that I already knew about but was unable to address the primary issues I had concern with. I don't believe I received value for the time and money I spent during this encounter with the service department. More

First time customer at Cape Coral CDJR. I called ahead to drop off my truck. When I arrived there was someone working as, what appeared to me to be, a valet.
