I've heard the horror stories of the greasy sales guy looking to make a buck without any consideration of the financial or emotional harm they may cause. Joseph Campbell couldn't have been farther from the yhat perception. He made me feel like a old friend, gave me all the tools I needed to make an informed decision, and helped with very little information he showed me exactly what I wanted when even I wasnt sure! The financer I worked with was very helpful and put everything very plainly for me. At no point did I experience the confusion and anxiety I walked in the door with! I will definately be back qhen the time comes! More

Excellent buying experience. My shopping experience began at a competing dealership. After several days of being given the run around, I was told that my vehicle was ready and th My shopping experience began at a competing dealership. After several days of being given the run around, I was told that my vehicle was ready and the deal was approved. I arrived to take delivery and learned that I was misled and an attempt was made to force me to take possession of a vehicle without the features agreed upon and in a different (undesirable) color. I rejected that "deal" and left very angry about being treated so poorly and lied to. I immediately called Toyota of Louisville and connected with Tim. He was attentive, knowledgable, respectful and thorough. He located exactly the vehicle that I wanted. When I explained the deal struck with the other dealership, Tim reviewed the figures and pointed out errors they made. He then beat the other dealer's terms with no unnecessary haggling. I took delivery within about 2 hours of calling and meeting Tim. My experience with Toyota of Louisville, Tim and Mr. Swope (the GM) was second to none. They have earned my business and I will refer friends and family there in the future.
