Everyone is generally pleasant and accommodating. I’ve been a customer since 2013. I did have an issue during this recent service visit. Trim was damaged on the rear left bumper while in the MB deal I’ve been a customer since 2013. I did have an issue during this recent service visit. Trim was damaged on the rear left bumper while in the MB dealer car wash. I called Linda Teague, my service advisor and reported it after having the damage accessed at the MB dealer ‘s recommended body shop. She ordered a new part. I’m currently awaiting the part to come in so it can be replaced. More
