Very helpful, friendly, and efficient! I (18 years young) was looking to buy my first car with my mom. We have never had a problem with our cars, so there was no question on which make we would buy! Looking and looking through Certified Pre-Owned Hondas and Used Hondas, it was hard to find a newer model, with low miles, at a price I could afford. We then found Linda and the Costco Auto Program through my mom's Costco membership during the Spring Garage Sale Event!! We filled out a request for information on Thursday and Linda called that day with tons of helpful facts on leases, used, and new cars. We made an appointment for that Saturday morning and bought the car by the early afternoon. She was very honest, efficient, informative, and patient with all of our questions and test drive and we got an amazing deal! We had questions on tinting and accessories the next day/weeks and she, Buddy, and Aaron were just as helpful after we bought the car and returned to put on the new tag. More
