I'd do it all over again! Having communicated via email with Linda, I knew what I wanted walking into the dealership. I left with something even better. My plan was to purchase the Crosstrek with a manual transmission (diehard manual driver!), but it just didn't feel right it - especially in Charleston's stop-and-go traffic. Barry suggested I try out the Crosstrek automatic. I immediately felt at home in the car. Barry answered every question to my satisfaction, asked me questions to make sure I really wanted to go with the automatic, and had a great sense of humor throughout the entire process. Pam, the finance manager, walked me through each step of spending money and kept me from becoming overwhelmed. For my follow-up visit, John was able to answer the many questions I had acquired while driving my car the first week. As long as I live the in Low-Country, I plan on using Crews Subaru for any future car purchase. Love the team here! And I LOVE my Crosstrek! More
