I was born and raised in the woods of Maine, attending Fryeburg Academy and University of Maine at Orono. Feeling I needed a change, I moved to Florida in the Fall of 2008. After a few years I realized my heart was in New England, and meeting my wife and two daughters in 2016 sealed the deal so I headed back north. I enjoy my time outdoors, whether it be a solo hike in the woods or a full family game of wiffleball. I am definitely a dog person, although I can appreciate cats for what they are. Buying a vehicle is the second biggest purchase most people will make in their life, which carries a lot of stress with it. I believe clear communication and a problem solving mindset keeps stress at a minimum, which is my ultimate goal while assisting you with your vehicle purchase!

Buying a car during Covid and the supply chain disruption is quite a different experience. Lincoln made it painless. He is really easy to work with. He is friendly, helpful, attentive to details and created is quite a different experience. Lincoln made it painless. He is really easy to work with. He explained the process and checked in once a week while we waited for the right vehicle to appear. When it did, he explained what would happen each step of the way from factory to White River Toyota. He checked in once a week to report on progress or just to tell us he was monitoring our RAV4 and would keep us informed of developments. We would definitely buy another car from Lincoln. More

Maybe it’s the red shirts they wear at White River Toyota, but to me Lincoln Newton is like the “Jake from State Farm” of car salesmen. You get such amazing customer service from him, you think there Toyota, but to me Lincoln Newton is like the “Jake from State Farm” of car salesmen. You get such amazing customer service from him, you think there is no way he does this for everyone. Of course, in reality I’m sure he does. My experience with Lincoln was by the far the best one I have had purchasing a car. (I bought my first new car in 1980 and have traded, on the average, every three years, so I have quite a few experiences to compare this one to.) Lincoln is knowledgeable, efficient, easy going, and personable. He asks the right questions to help you get what you are looking for. (I was trying to decide between two different models - RAV 4 Hybrid and Venza - and he pointed out things to think about that we probably never would have thought of.) He explains things well, but if you need it explained again, he does so in a cheerful and patient manner. However, the thing I appreciated the most about Lincoln is his authenticity. I never felt he was giving me a sales pitch. As another reviewer put it: not your stereotypical car salesman. You just get a sense that he is being himself and he really enjoys working with his customers.. I did not feel pressured in any way. Even when it took me forever to just figure out which model I wanted (Finally decided on the RAV). I would (and will) recommend him to my friends, family and complete strangers. Should also include some feedback to Marty Adams (finance) and Kelly Morisette (sales manager) who were also very professional, personable and helpful. The whole atmosphere in the WRT showroom was friendly and easy going, yet also organized and efficient. We had such a great experience we went back to buy a Sienna for my wife. I guess I need to bring Lincoln some Pizza or steaks or something! More
