Recently I too my car in for routine maintenance After about 10 Minutes at home my cell phone started flashing sending messages check engine light was on and my car was off and parked After I After about 10 Minutes at home my cell phone started flashing sending messages check engine light was on and my car was off and parked After I checked it I called Nichol who was my service rep. The next day I took my car back to dealer Tanner was the one helping me. Tanner was so kind and professional His dedication to provide me with a loaner car was a tremendous help. He reassured that they would triage the problem so I shouldn’t get stressed out about it His was very helpful. Very professional very knowledgeable about of his job and has excellent communication skills When everything was fixed. He took the time to explain what the problem was and it was fixed More
