Normally very prompt but this appointment took almost 3 hours. I was told ‘oh your car is being pulled around’ then I waited another 45 minutes. The windshield washer fluid container kept moving. On several occasions I asked that they would investigate this. I was assured that the fluid level would be checked. Finally, the plastic screw holdin On several occasions I asked that they would investigate this. I was assured that the fluid level would be checked. Finally, the plastic screw holding the container in place broke. Obviously, there had been *NO* investigation into why the container had been sending signals to the dash. NOW they say the fluid level detector needs to be replaced. Why did the service department wait until it takes a $400 repair? This situation was preventable if the service representative had done what I asked a couple of years ago. I highly recommend the Forester! The service department at the Kennesaw Subaru dealer, not so much. More

I am always very pleased when I have my Subaru Forester serviced here friendly staff who keep you informed and updated during the service the reception area where you wait is very nice with free coffee and serviced here friendly staff who keep you informed and updated during the service the reception area where you wait is very nice with free coffee and snacks comfortable seats if the find anything during the service of your vehicle they come and tell you and ask what you would like to do so overall I really like Subaru of Kennesaw the prices are higher than other places but I know they use genuine Subaru parts and the technicians are trained by Subaru. More
