Upon calling to inquire about this Escalade, Liam didn’t brush me off like 3 other dealerships bc I was out of state. We worked on a fair offer, got my trade also figured out. I advised Liam my fear of driv brush me off like 3 other dealerships bc I was out of state. We worked on a fair offer, got my trade also figured out. I advised Liam my fear of driving 450miles to than be Lowe balled even though I was honest with my condition of car. To my surprise, they honored the trade, they also were very quick at getting me out the door so I can drive 450 miles back home. This Escalade was just as described, no hidden damages with weird angles and pictures. Very thankful to Liam and the team that set this culture of fair and honest. Liam was the best car sales person I have ever had in the last 20 years. Country Chevrolet also is the best dealer, and it is the only dealer where you can buy a car all online without even going to the deal last 20 years. I live in PA, and all the dealers I contacted in PA by email, would not give me any OTD price without visiting the dealer. When I contacted Country Chevrolet, I was assigned to Liam. He never even asked me to come to the dealership. He sent me OTD right after my first contact and from there we did everything through emails and some text messages. He is a truly Sales Concierge. He answered all my questions before I pulled the trigger. After I purchased my car he helped me to add some of the accessories I purchased online and I had them delivered to him and he took care to have all installed through their parts/service department. Finance through Country Chevrolet was awesome, Omar was very helpful and answered all the questions. All the paperwork is done online. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST CAR DEALER I HAVE EVER BOUGHT A CAR IN MY LIFE!!!! My next vehicle will come from them for sure, and I will request and required to be served by Liam because he is truly a CONCIERGE and not the old fashion dealer sales person.
