Sands used to be a wonderful dealership and service center - about 20 years ago. Since then customer service has become horrible. They never seam to be able to complete anything in one day and do not center - about 20 years ago. Since then customer service has become horrible. They never seam to be able to complete anything in one day and do not keep you updated on status of repairs. My most recent experience sealed the deal that I would never use them again. Called and requested updates- told I’d get a call back. Waited 3 days, with no return call, and called again. Finally told them I wasn’t going to put any further money in the truck and would be looking for another vehicle. Not once did they ever even ask to have someone from sales contacts. Very disappointed in how they have turned out. Will never go there or recommend them again. More
