Sands used to be a wonderful dealership and service center - about 20 years ago. Since then customer service has become horrible. Called and requested updates- told I’d get a call back. Waited 3 days, with no return call, and called again. Finally told them I wasn’t going to put any further money in the truck and would be looking for another vehicle. Not once did they ever even ask to have someone from sales contacts. Very disappointed in how they have turned out. Will never go there or recommend them again. More
