Their vehicles are the same; they do not give particular love to each one that comes in, they are just there. It’s clear they have crossed the line from your local LaRusso Auto and are just the next big time flashy dealership pushing numbers. Lex though… he’s a good dude, worth the trip and drudging the flashy Cole’s auto, where they don’t slash the competition… or give out Bonsai trees. More

After just having a poor experience at a local dealership and a different one 3 years ago, I was very hesitant to come in and make a third attempt at purchasing a new vehicle. Lex made the sale process as ea and a different one 3 years ago, I was very hesitant to come in and make a third attempt at purchasing a new vehicle. Lex made the sale process as easy and painless as possible. We received very clear answers and had the exact vehicle ordered that we wanted. No upselling, no harassment, very straightforward. They even gave add-ons I never asked for... wow. Was probably the best car purchase experience I have done. Lex communicated very clearly throughout the sales process and even after, proactively reached out, and responded to questions with the vehicle. Lex was very accommodating even when I came late with my girlfriend. This is by far the best vehicle I have owned to date (can attest after driving it for several weeks and bringing it on a long road trip). It drives almost as well as my girlfriend's C300 while cruising on the highway! Will bring back family and friends if they are interested in a new Toyota. More
