I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency and flexibility of Lev and the on-sight manager. Finance and Insurance personnel were also very efficient and informative. Shotty work on the front bumper of the used IS300 I bought. Once I got home i noticed the gap between the bumper and fender. Then noticed the plastic on the bumper is cracked.
