The most disrespectful staff. Does not care about the customers experience whatsoever. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealership that I didn’t know was associated with you, they treated me customers experience whatsoever. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealership that I didn’t know was associated with you, they treated me excellent and actually found me a lender. But the main Eastchester Dodge location, I highly dislike each and every one of you. You’ve lied to me on a consistent bases, you ran my credit 3 times AFTER I purchased the vehicle and to makes matters worst, no one has returned any of my 3 voicemails. I can gladly start naming people who I called and had contact with. In a nutshell, I’ll never recommend this place or conduct any business with you. Get your act together. More

I put a deposit on a used Porsche working with Leroy and Tommy the internet manager.I was told I could pick the car the following sunday and that would credit app right away!Texted and talked to both Leroy Tommy the internet manager.I was told I could pick the car the following sunday and that would credit app right away!Texted and talked to both Leroy and Tommy and nothing got done the whole week and get them to return my calls.I think they must have sold the car out from under me or they just dont want to sell cars.I also tried to call Mr Perez who supposedly the GM of the store and left to messages no return call?The worst experience I have ever had with a retailer of anything.Dont know how they stay in bussiness..And they still have my money.Go elsewhere to buy your car!!!! More

They dont know BMWS Tell you service was done to your car and charge you $ 1200 dollars which I never heard of a dealer doing, and then drive it home and its leaking Oil, Tell you service was done to your car and charge you $ 1200 dollars which I never heard of a dealer doing, and then drive it home and its leaking Oil, I should have know better then to buy a car in the Bronk!!
