We have been to Carl Black previously and we didn’t have a great experience. We decided to give you another chance. We spoke with the manager and he advised we were in good hands. We had Leo Willis as our salesman and he was fantastic. He answered all our questions, made sure we had everything we needed to make it a successful experience. Leo is an asset to Carl Black. After we left the dealership we saw on OnStar the tires were low and I thought I would have time to get them fixed. The weather turned cold and the air pressure light came on as I was going to work. Since the vehicle was new I didn’t know how to turn it off. I went to Carl Black and they filled the tires and I went to work. A new vehicle should NEVER left your lot with the tires not properly inflated. Makes me wonder if I trust your dealership for service.
