One week later we narrowed down our search between a Toyota and GMC. Leo and Dylan Pellegrino hosted us for a second test drive. Dylan was exceptionally helpful explaining the features and tech aspects of the vehicle. They helped us decide on the GMC Acadia Denali. They quickly searched for the state for the exact version we wanted and best of all, figured out the best deal available based on offers, rebates, and my military 20+ yr retiree discount (which is something Toyota doesn't offer BTW). But that changed when I bought a car at Carl Black Buick Chevrolet GMC. The team there was outstanding from the first person I met to the last. Omar, Leo, Hector and the team there helped me find the car I wanted and greased the skids of my curious credit to help me get into that 2018 Chevy Malibu Redline that I really wanted. This is my second Malibu, but my first purchase at Carl Black. Without naming them, I'll tell you that my LAST buying experience for a Malibu did not inspire me to come back to that dealership. But I will MOST CERTAINLY return to buy another car from Carl Black as they made it so simple and stress-free. Thank you! More
