Horrible service ripoff. Tried to upsell five unnecessary services as immediately needed. Said the cabin filter was dirty and sent a picture of a filthy cabin filter that was Tried to upsell five unnecessary services as immediately needed. Said the cabin filter was dirty and sent a picture of a filthy cabin filter that wasn’t even the right size or shape. Tried selling us on 50,000 mile services ( trans flush, injector cleaning, rear differential service and a coolant flush. Our car has 4,000 miles on it and is only 5 months old. Find a better dealership. They are sleazy. More

I have known Ross for 12 years. I have been an Acura customer since 1996. I have leased cars every 3 years at different dealerships in the northern states. Since I moved to Flori I have been an Acura customer since 1996. I have leased cars every 3 years at different dealerships in the northern states. Since I moved to Florida, Naples Acura has been my dealership. Everyone is friendly and helpful in every situation. Ross is the best general manager I have ever met. He takes care of everything and everyone. A family member who also uses Naples Acura asked me if I had ever been in the service area. I was curious why she asked me that. She said that she had never seen such a clean floor in any car repair shop. Continuing with the Ross Levy review, he is trustworthy. He is like my Acura's personal doctor. And they have the best coffee latte. More

I live out of state and dealt with Francesca over the phone over the course of a few days to purchase a 2020 TLX. She was very responsive via telephone/text, sent multiple videos of the car, and overall phone over the course of a few days to purchase a 2020 TLX. She took the time to show me all the technology during the test drive and even topped off the tank when it was 95% full. I couldn't have asked for a better experience; I highly recommend working with Francesca when looking for an Acura! More
