I have had this vehicle serviced in Jacksonville and here in Clearwater. By far Dick Norris provides the best in customer service. From scheduling to service to the cashier this dealer treats you like a pe in Clearwater. By far Dick Norris provides the best in customer service. Even though they recommended additional services above the original oil change I started with it was presented in a respectful manner and the pricing was reasonable. Thanks for the excellent service! I have been with Dick Norris ever since they opened this dealership. The Norris family and their extended family (meaning the employees) have always been honest and friendly . They keep you informed of what dealership. The Norris family and their extended family (meaning the employees) have always been honest and friendly . They keep you informed of what they are doing in the service dept. I just traded in my 2002 GMC envoy with 237000+ miles on it and it was still in good running condition and NO rust. It never need any oil added between changes in all that time. I attribute that to good service by them..
