We are still waiting for the sales tax refund on the extended warranty that we cancelled two days after our purchase of the Chev Colorado. We received the $2299 shortly after, but not the $114.95 sales extended warranty that we cancelled two days after our purchase of the Chev Colorado. We received the $2299 shortly after, but not the $114.95 sales tax portion. My wife Lisa called and talked to Nicole in finance and she said she would get back to us or the check would be in the mail. Neither happened. That was three weeks ago. I called her last week and again yesterday ( Friday, Jan. 15 ) and got her voicemail both times with no reply. Who do I need to talk to get this taken care of? More

I was completely lied to about the vehicle i was purchasing was AWD. I specifically asked her if it was, she did state that it was. Turns out it was not...I have an hour drive to work 1 way and a 40 purchasing was AWD. I specifically asked her if it was, she did state that it was. Turns out it was not...I have an hour drive to work 1 way and a 40 degree angle hill in my driveway...and living in the wisconsin weather. She never explained things to me and after buying my first vehicle all by myself i thought i could trust her. I was so wrong!!! i was having problems with the bluetooth option with my phone and i was never given the time from any sales person at this dealership to help. Leigh was on me about giving her a review so after all this she got a bad review, than she starts blowing up my phone. I complety feel like i was taken advatange of and was just thought of that i was just an easy sale but we could still rip her off!!! THANKS LEIGH!!! i wish i could give you negative stars. More

We were there to purchase Vehicle, because of issues with the truck we had. I thought my sales representative was very professional and friendly made me feel welcome and talking with her, she was able to pic the truck we had.
