I felt LC did a great job of working with us. Unfortunately, when I got to the finance office to finalize the deal we had agreed to, an additional "documentary" fee of $399 had been tacked on. We also visited with Cory Axvig and Jeremy Cole, two Sales Managers, who were great to work with as well. Jeremy came in on his day off to get this car set up and run over the features with me.
