Actually a surprisingly enjoyable process! Mr. Erwin was incredibly kind and actually reviewed our history with Roush and salespeople, and personally introduced us to Mr. Cohen. After reading reviews and speaking with friends I decided to buy a Honda CRV. I worked the sale out with Lee Cohen. Lee was very knowledgeable about the product and to my surprise he was able to negotiate the final price right there at his desk (I really loved this part) without going back and forth with different managers. All dealerships should adopt this purchasing model. When I picked the car up the next day Lee familiarized me with the features so I felt comfortable from the start. I thoroughly enjoyed my buying experience and recommend Lee Cohen to my friends and family. More
