They made the process quick and easy and treated me like family. They even let my dog come into the dealership with me while I signed paperwork! They are respectful and do not put pressure on the client to do anything they are not comfortable with. I strongly recommend them and if I get another Honda when my lease ends I will return to them for the sale. More

I purchased a CRV and love its size and, after having a small sedan, will be more than comfortable driving it in the winter weather. Lee spent at least an hour or more with me and went through the entire car and accessories. I really appreciate his patience and time with me. Overall, it's a good experience at Roush Honda We have been kept waiting for a while in the entrance area, the receptionist did not indicate where to wait, so we just stood near the front door, whi We have been kept waiting for a while in the entrance area, the receptionist did not indicate where to wait, so we just stood near the front door, which was quite different from the experience from Acura. But the lobby area is clean, and Cameron showed up and asked if we needed any drinks at all, and he started to show us the CRV we bought and continued the whole process of purchasing a new car.
