This was my 2nd experience car shopping with Roush and I would send anyone looking for a Honda (used or new) to them. From the first visit of test driving (no dealer in the car), to our last visit of signing the paperwork, everything was made very easy. My favorite part was that there was no haggling involved because we were given the best price the very first time. We visited another Honda dealer who quoted us $168/monthly more for the same vehicle, same amount down, same everything. When we told this competitor we had received a much better quote, they admitted it was a "screaming" deal. That was exactly what we needed to hear. Car shopping is a big investment and can be intimidating, but Jeff and Lee at Roush made it very easy and not intimidating at all. I needed to "shop" to make sure I had received the right price, and they definitely proved it! Our monthly payment was even $10 less than the original quote when we signed the paperwork. Both my husband and I agree we are extremely happy with our new Pilot and our entire experience leading us to it. I would recommend Jeff and Roush Honda to anyone car shopping! More

2019 Honda Insight I checked with all of the columbus dealerships and none of them were willing to work around my work schedule. Lee allowed me to send pictures of my tr I checked with all of the columbus dealerships and none of them were willing to work around my work schedule. Lee allowed me to send pictures of my trade to be evaulated, allowed me to come in at 8:45 when they close at 9, stayed until 10pm to talk me through a few of the car features. They allowed me to buy the car the way I wanted, instead of following the normal 2 hour long dealer process. More
