It would benefit both the dealership and customers if an appointment could be made for all visits to the dealership. Our last visit was for a driver’s seatbelt issue and tire mobility kit. We had to bring car in and let it stay for unknown number of days. This is inconvenient for customers plus the dealership has cars just sitting on their lot which gives thieves opportunity to steal or damage customers cars. I had to find my own way home that evening. Also the new tire mobility kit was just layer in trunk and not stored in its proper location. More

Leah went above and beyond in making sure I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. She made sure I had the balance before proceeding with the work and even upon pickup of my car she walked me out t what was going on with my vehicle.
