Hello! Thank you for taking the time to review my profile. I am a huge car enthusiast who has always had a passion for cars ever since I was a kid. I have worked in the automotive industry since 2015. During that time, I have worked various roles in all different parts of the industry. Currently I am an Account Representative for Benzel-Busch, I have been with Benzel-Busch since December of 2022. Started off with a call to Lawrence to make reservations for test drive, he was friendly, answered questions, and had great patience with a call through VRS( Video Relay Service - ASL interpreter). After ar for test drive, he was friendly, answered questions, and had great patience with a call through VRS( Video Relay Service - ASL interpreter). After arrival, I met him and had demo drives with few cars. He had suggested other similar cars. After choosing a model Giovanni have come and helped with financing/leasing choices. He was expert with that, provided CitiFleet discount as I was employee, and gave us time to think. Giovanni was replying emails at lightspeed and handling from there. When we have decided to buy the car, he took from his end and handled everything well - preparing financials paper, sending citi fleet program, and getting car ready. After my job, I have arrived to dealership and loved the fresh look of my future car. Went into financials office whereas papers were ready to sign, and car ready to go. More
