I inquired about purchasing a Honda Pilot through the internet to 4 dealers in the area. I had bought 5 Hondas before and this was to be our 6th. When I contacted Valley Honda I specifically mentioned how Laurie Bembinster had helped effectively facilitate a deal for me to by a Honda Accord 3 years ago. Again, this time I found that she was easily the most effective at responding to my inquiries and providing me a clear price in an easily understood format. The other 3 dealers really floundered in this department. This gave Valley Honda the edge in my opinion. However, when you go into this dealership you understand that there is a culture of putting the client first and doing whatever it takes to make the buying experience one that the consumer will not forget. It was at that time that I worked with Brian Roman. It was a very busy day and I had coordinated with Laurie to come in and meet one of the sales associates. Brian took care of us every step of the way. He was extremely thorough and made us feel like we were the only customers in the store. Truth be told it was Memorial Day and the dealership was packed. However, our experience could not have been better. I had an opportunity to speak to the owner Bob Navarre when I was there and I told him that it reminded me of how Disney World runs their operation. All associates go the extra mile to make you feel special and the facility is spotless. It turned out that not only did Valley Honda have the most thorough responses to my internet inquiry they also ended up having the best price. We now know that there was no need to look at the other dealers. I would recommend that you save your energy and contact Valley Honda first and ask for Laurie Bembinster or Brian Roman.
