TERRIBLE CAR PREP I will never recommend this dealership due to a terrible dealer prep. The license plate holder was not attached. It was in the trunk and I had to drive home without a plate.78 miles. The service department said the bumper had to be drilled. that is bull. I installed it when i got home with the attached mounting material. A part that was supposed to be installed was in the trunk was supposed to be installed and was not. The trunk was filthy. whit pieces of fine paper or other material all over. The title was supposed to have a lien registered. it wasn't. It was as if the guy was in a hurry. never asked for the lien information. that will cost us more money.Plastic was left on the engine and melted on top. I had to peel and scrape it off after it melted. I have no problem with Luis or Lauren who went out of their way to try to helpin the internet sale. More

We were to the point we dreaded when we new we had to shop for a vehicle. Phillips Chevrolet really were honest about their pricing and very upfront. With excellent follow up. I shopped online to get ideas of pricing and current sales. I did find a dealer who beat Phillips Chevrolet pricing but come to find out they were not honest about all the discounts so there again Phillips came through. I had many questions and the online crew at Phillips Chevrolet were excellent with answering them. Lauren helped me understand that the discounts listed on their website were in fact real and not to be concerned. At our arrival we were introduced to Lauren and then introduced us to Chris Baxendale and he helped us from there. Come to find out we also got another discount on the 2020 Equinox we purchased. Thanks to everyone at Phillips we are VERY SATISFIED!! More
