I originally went to have routine maintenance done on my 2022 lease and asked if I could speak with someone about my options for turning the lease in early. Let’s just say, I put a deposit down and picked u 2022 lease and asked if I could speak with someone about my options for turning the lease in early. Let’s just say, I put a deposit down and picked up a 2025 hybrid three days later with lower monthly payments and a small refund from the insurance company. We’re very satisfied. More

The employee's are nice. They stayed in communication via text, which was good. I wish there was better ‘quiet’ seating. Hard to get away from the noise of the tv’s too. I didn’t use it, but there was a nice coffee/tea/hot chocolate hot drink selection, it seemed. Would have been nice for some type of snacks offering. More

On 10/16/25, I brought my car in for it's scheduled 'Oil Change & Maintenance.' First, they come out to tell me that I need two tires, rear brake pads & rotors. I was aware about brake pads because my best Change & Maintenance.' First, they come out to tell me that I need two tires, rear brake pads & rotors. I was aware about brake pads because my best friend changed the front ones and I had the rear ones in my trunk ready to be out on as well... It's a little bizarre considering... 1) I had purchased for new tires just this past January (not from Toyota. 2) I had gotten a flat tire TWO months ago on the passenger rear tire. Unfortunately, I had to replace it completely due to where/how/what I ran over. I told the 'middle man' this information and also had the receipt in my glove box for proof. 3) I went to my mechanic (Trusted and Honest as well as being good friends with one of my best friend) and asked if he wouldn't mind checking my rotors... Just as I guessed; they do NOT need replacing in the slightest. Bottom line - I have a hard job and I work overnights just to make ends meet. If I didn't know/have the good friends I do, I would have dished out (the estimate I was given from Toyota) would have cost me $1,086 for rotors and $564 to put on the brake pads I already purchased. After I told them about the tire(s), they did not bring that up to me when they came back and gave me an estimate for just the brake pads and rotors. So if I never said anything about the tires, they would have made me believe that I needed them as well costing me approximately 200 on the cheap side for one tire alone. Nothing more to be said as I think this speaks for itself... More
