So I took my vehicle in for a few items, one of which was a consistent water intrusion/staining on my MB's A-pillar. I sent multiple images showing the staining and the wet spot. Through constant e-mail with a consistent water intrusion/staining on my MB's A-pillar. I sent multiple images showing the staining and the wet spot. Through constant e-mail with Haley (great communication) I took my car in Jun 2. After about a week, I contacted for an update and was told their techs couldn't recreate/locate the leak. I had told them I sent images of staining and they said they would look into it again. By the end of the second week, Mike B advised me the tech, (initials D.D.), could not recreate and that I could pick up the car. During the call he suggested a solution was to wait until it gets wet again, then immediately drive 90 min back to the dealership. So the next day I drive the 90 min to pick up my car, i met another female SA who said there should be no reason to have to 'recreate' as there are pictures showing the staining. She offered to keep the car but after driving all that way I decided to just take the car. On my way out, I did meet I believe he said he was the Shop Foreman or supervisor, but he mentioned me by name and had said he had the techs/ or saw the techs looking for water under the carpet area. Not the A Pillar, under the carper. As I am leaving the dealership in the car, I look over and what do I see? Water spot with even bigger staining meaning it has been getting wet at the dealership. More

Dominque sold me the suv very patience and polite young man. He answered all my questions no matter how many times I asked the same thing. Lauren in service I think the two of them are working as a team, t man. He answered all my questions no matter how many times I asked the same thing. Lauren in service I think the two of them are working as a team, two young adults with the same patience and politeness. Lauren knew I didn’t know anything about tires but she took her time to explain things to me without making me uncomfortable because I was clueless.The waiting area was awesome I was offered water and a snack plus I meet a new friend in the waiting area - she asked was it my first visit and said oh your are going to love everything about your vehicle and the service. More
