The staff across the board are outstanding—always friendly, professional, and helpful. One feature I really appreciate is the service video they send while your car is up on the lift. It is great to see the tire tread being measured, the undercarriage inspected, and the brake pads discussed. It adds a lot of transparency to the service experience. My last two visits were with Laura Varga, and she has been wonderful to work with. She always greets me with a smile and does her best to get me in and out quickly while I wait. Most importantly, she is honest about what my car actually needs and never tries to upsell unnecessary services. I highly recommend Flemington BMW and Laura Varga for all of your service needs. More
