I currently own both a 2021 BMW M340 and a 2023 BMW X3, and I have both vehicles serviced at Flemington BMW. Every experience there has been a pleasure. The staff across the board are outstanding—always fr and I have both vehicles serviced at Flemington BMW. Every experience there has been a pleasure. The staff across the board are outstanding—always friendly, professional, and helpful. One feature I really appreciate is the service video they send while your car is up on the lift. It is great to see the tire tread being measured, the undercarriage inspected, and the brake pads discussed. It adds a lot of transparency to the service experience. My last two visits were with Laura Varga, and she has been wonderful to work with. She always greets me with a smile and does her best to get me in and out quickly while I wait. Most importantly, she is honest about what my car actually needs and never tries to upsell unnecessary services. I highly recommend Flemington BMW and Laura Varga for all of your service needs. More

My new car had an issue within a few weeks of buying. Laura and Flemington BMW continually kept me updated. As it turns out, the part that was faulty was going to take several weeks to arrive. Laura is a service advisor I genuinely trust. She consistently looks out for her clients and clearly cares about making sure you leave satisfied with both the service and the experience. She’s also very easy to reach and responsive whenever questions come up. What I appreciate most is how clearly she explains anything the vehicle might need. She does a great job breaking down what’s urgent versus what can wait, which makes it much easier to prioritize the right services for the car without feeling pressured. That level of transparency and communication goes a long way, and it’s the reason I’m always comfortable working with her. More
