I hate this dealership I wish I would have never ever stepped foot into this place I regret it with every breath of my being. From the first day I bought my car problems, fraud and nothing being done abo stepped foot into this place I regret it with every breath of my being. This time I went into dealer for tire rotation and oil change tires were never rotated I just have lost all faith in Nissan from a purchase to the simplest task of vehicle maintenance I’m so disappointed in the management in this place it pathetic More

Not very pleased with the service team at reliable Nissan right now. We recently purchased a vehicle about a month ago. Sales process went great, we also purchased the extended warranty plan through reliable right now. We recently purchased a vehicle about a month ago. Sales process went great, we also purchased the extended warranty plan through reliable Nissan. Now there’s a problem that occurred with electronics front screen but no one seems to want to help at Nissan service. I called twice and even recorded videos of the issue but they said nothing they can do unless it occurs during the time I dropped off the vehicle. Everyone just keep brushing us off like on the service team, can get someone that care enough to look at the issue. More
