Check in, sit in the comfortable waiting room that has drinks and snacks, read 100 pages of my book, Monica comes and gets you, goes over what was done, sign the paperwork, out the door into the car and go. Only negative...I was there longer than I thought I would be, 1 3/4 hours. But this was my first experience with a new car service, so I will be prepared next time.
