I’m a long term customer since 2007 at this dealership. The service Dept for me has always been upfront and factual to what is needed for my vehicle. And yes I am fairly knowledgeable on mechanical issues so it’s not like they’re trying to sell me something not necessary. And every now and then I’ll do some of my own minor repair work that they found and recommended to be done. My 07 Sonata has been serviced exclusively at DC Hyundai and is approaching 300,000 miles with only routine maintenance required. I did purchase a 17 Sonata hybrid from another dealer - but it’s only being serviced at DC Hyundai. Their service Dept has been a fully positive experience for 13 years. And I thank them for taking care of my rides. Launi who is my service advisor contact - is truly nice to work with. Bravo and my applause to her and the service Dept. More
