The worst customer service i have ever experienced. Did sales transaction thru internet and over phone, with internet sale manager Latravis. Whom was exceptionally helpful, patience, and went over and above, to meet our needs to purchase a new 2020 3500 High internet sale manager Latravis. Whom was exceptionally helpful, patience, and went over and above, to meet our needs to purchase a new 2020 3500 High Country Dually. When we agreed upon a price, we were then transferred to Neal in finance department, that's when things started to go south. The price of vehicle had raised from what we had agreed upon with sales department.. My interest rate for in house financing was insulting, considering my EXELLENT credit rating. I could get a lot cheaper rate at my credit union. Was told I could just refinance with my bank in 3 months. To get cheaper rate. Neal didn't even want me to put down any money. That way if we refinanced in a few months we could use a down payment at our bank. The way it seems to me is, he wanted to make as much off financing from me as he could. I was so disgusted at this point I was ready to cancel the deal. He then agreed to the original deal. If it hadn't been for all the time and effort that Latravis had put forth to make this happen I WOULD have walked away. Latravis even delivered the truck to me over 200 miles away, Himself. That is what I call customer service. More
