Today is Wednesday. (Important to understand why I've rated them the way I did). On Friday I lost my car, no trade in and no down payment I didn't think I'd be able to get a car, by the way, I'm 19. I called Rte 44 Toyota/Scion on Sunday and was transferred to Bobby L. He ran my numbers and even came to get me in the car I wanted, a 09 Honda Civic Coupe! I was thrilled. I met with Joe F and we discussed payments. Only thing left was to be approved, next morning I was but now I needed a down payment. They had accidentally switched another customer and I up. I was furious and called it off. They tried to save it, but Larry intervened to keep everything professional and in the best interest of the company. I appreciated the honesty. I scoured up the down payment, came in and finished the deal. Paul B saw me and a friend waiting and got on the ball. Joel D made the signing understandable and relaxing. I couldn't believe how easy it got. They even got me everything I wanted for a better APR! I drove the car home extremely happy tonight, thanks to Tony R going the extra mile and helping me out (he had heard of the week so far,) I wasn't even his client. Although there were some mistakes that frustrated me, they did work very hard to get me a car as soon as possible for the best deal I could get. The team effort was impressive. I'd recommend this dealership for anyone, the hard work is outstanding. When it's time to trade in, I'm going back to Route 44. More

I cannot say enough about my experience at Route 44 Toyota. Paul was informative on the new RAVS and helped me make a decison and was willing to order the vehicle in the color and interior that I wanted. The process was quick and pain free and I feel like I got a fair trade as well as great price for my new vehicle. The day I picked up the car it was ready and I was transitioned into the finance department to handle the paperwork. Joel DiLillo was also exceptional and explained all the paperwork I was filling out. The finance process was quick and easy. Once the paperwork was completed Paul went over everything in the vehicle to make sure I was driving off in a vehicle that I was comfortable in. Overall my experience at Rte 44 was tremendous and I would definitely go back there to buy another car. I would highly recommend Paul and Joel. More

I wasnt feeling good and Larry had Paul come to my house with a 2011 Sienna. we signed the paperwork and wanted breast cancer plates and I had the car 2 days later. Paul dropped it off to me beacuse I was so sick and he took my Rav 4 back. You dont get that care anywhere else. I am hglad I am part of the route 44 toyota family. They put the customer 1st. I LOVE my new van. It fits my family needs. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. They are all knowlegable and caring. When I arrived at the showroom, I was cheerfully greeted by a very nice man. The salesman, Terence, made it so easy for me. He was a nice polite man with the ear that listens to what I needed and wanted. He knew so much about the car that I bought. He showed me things I never knew possible. After we negoitated breifly, I bought my new car. I love it! It was nice and shiny clean when I took it home. It looks great in my driveway. When I was leaving after my car purchase a very nice young man named Larry approached me and thanked me for my business. He was so kind and gentle and soft spoken, a very caring person. It was a very nice gesture. More places should be like this! My friends will certainly go there on my word!!!! Thank you for letting me write this.
